Normal invoicing turn around time is 1-3 days. I make every effort to invoice small order quickly, but orders with 40+ lots will take me a while to complete. Thanks for your patience!

I have a smoke free home and a dedicated LEGO room! All parts are sorted and placed into ziplock bags for safe storage. Minifigs are individually bagged and assembled and kept covered and away from light sources.

I make every effort to ensure that my inventory is accurate, but mistakes do occur (especially in parting out sets). If you order something that I cannot locate I am extremely sorry and will issue a credit for the item on your order. I do know the difference between older gray parts and newer bluish gray parts.

I typically invoice orders prior to pulling them. Once payment has been recieved then I will work on pulling your order from my inventory. This prevents me from the trouble of restocking items when customer's don't pay. If I am missing a part I will contact you to see if you would like a credit or different part.

I am trying to run my store like my granddad would have run his. Where a handshake is the best contract you could have, and if someone gives you too much money, you return it. And if something goes wrong you try to fix it.
